Invented, designed, and introduced a method for completing effective 结构化协作 activities in live groups.

Effective 结构化协作 requires a series of group activities that generally progress along the following steps: generate, reduce, clarify, categorize, evaluate, 建立承诺. The collaboration platform I managed included tools to support all of these patterns, but required users to assemble them each time they designed a new session. This meant that session leaders needed to be familiar with underlying strategies to lead productive collaborations.
